Il Nido

Our accommodation “Il Nido” is located on Via dei Pispini, one of the city’s most well-known streets, just a few minutes from Piazza del Campo.

The apartment is accessed through a shared building entrance and, after climbing approximately 40 steps that are not particularly steep, you reach the apartment.
The property has been fully renovated and consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed, fireplace, and air conditioning. From here you can access a terrace with a view, ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing with a glass of wine. For storing luggage or bicycles, guests may use the cellar on the ground floor located at Via dei Pispini 138.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Besides various-sized towels, we provide a complimentary welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel; there is no separate bidet, but the toilet features a handheld bidet spray.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, microwave, and coffee and tea machine. We offer a selection of capsules and teas to suit every taste. The main room includes a 32-inch Smart TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
